When the Greater Carolinas Red Cross wanted to sell tickets to their annual Red Hot Turkey Bash all they had to do was mention that Liquid Pleasure was returning to play and the event sold itself!
As Dave Rose and the rest of his band "SuperStar" sat across the table from Barry Herndon they were all ears to the advice they heard.
The night was off to a slow start and suddenly the fire alarms went off. Everyone was forced to leave the fraternity house. The brothers assumed the party was over but quite the opposite happened and the event ended up being one of the most memorable parties ever for the fraternity!
When the rain started to come down, Tom Spong had to make the tough call to move the event from the planned outdoor driving range location indoors. This alone was enough to put the event planners in a frenzy, but when the band arrived by plane just hours before their performance without any instruments things looked as though they had taken a turn for the worse.
Princeton prides itself on having unforgettable reunions, but when Smokey Robinson took the stage as the "special guest" at the 250th anniversary weekend it was not only memorable but it was also called "The Greatest Reunion in Princeton history."
