STAIRCASE BAND is a musical group consisting of five multi-talented musicians and one off-stage technician. Dedicated towards maintaining a professional "in club" business profile while still capturing a relaxed one-to-one relationship with audiences, STAIRCASE BAND has enjoyed twenty years of successful musical and business relations with both high energy nightclubs and various civic and professional organizations.

By asserting full attention toward the upkeep of all of our sound and lighting equipment, allowing our show personalities to be less egotistical and more down-to-earth and providing a wide variety of popular music dating from the 50's to the 90's, STAIRCASE has been in demand from as far away as Nashua, New Hampshire to Saudi Arabia and all points in between. STAIRCASE is available as a Top-40 dance, beach, oldies and show band.

STAIRCASE BAND has also been fortunate enough to be requested to open for several national recording artist such as Ben E. King, The Drifters, Mother's Finest, Chubby Checker, Atlanta Rhythm Section, The Coasters, The Tams, Percy Sledge, King Arthur Epps, Major Lance and The Greg Allman Band.

Included in our discography are such Carolina favorites as: 1978 - WHICH WAY TO ROCK & ROLL (THEME FROM STARSKY AND HUTCH) 1980 - HOW LONG 1983 - SHAGGIN' WITH MY SUGAR 1988 - REMEMBERING THE SUMMER 1992 - BEACH FUN
