Ed Duncan

BIOGRAPHY

With over forty years of experience, Ed Duncan has made a lifelong career in the entertainment business. A graduate of the University Of South Carolina, Ed began booking entertainment as the social chairman for the Kappa Alpha fraternity in 1975. Entering the entertainment world right out of college, Ed joined Fisher & Associates Entertainment in Charlotte as an agent booking entertainment for weddings, colleges, festivals, private parties, nightclubs and corporate events. Gaining experience working with many regional and national artists, Ed's love for music and entrepreneurial spirit helped him build a successful foundation.

In 1986, Ed joined EastCoast Entertainment as a partner, opening EastCoast's second office in Charlotte. Also, instrumental in opening offices in Raleigh, Columbia and Charleston, Ed, along with his partners have grown EastCoast into the largest regional and national talent agency in the country. Personally producing over 15,000 shows in 48 states and overseas, Ed has been blessed to build many great relationships with his clients. As product manager for EastCoast, developing new and exciting product has always been a passion for Ed. Creating national party bands such as Party On the Moon, Big Swing and the Ballroom Blasters, Simply Irresistible, Celebration Club, Big Blast and the Party Masters and his newest creation, Jessie's Girls, Ed continues to develop high-end entertainment options for clients who want only the best.

A firm believer that trust is the most powerful word in the entertainment business, Ed carries this belief in his family values as well. A devoted husband to wife Monica, they are the proud parents to daughters Gabrielle, and Isabella.
