No one knows these words better than The Wayne Mills Band. This band was built on a diverse blend of outlaw country, southern rock, rock-n-roll, funk, and jazz. This varied background created a unique style that has been the catalyst for their original music. There were obvious differences in their influences and playing styles from the beginning. Their common bond however would be what ultimately kept them together. The mere fact they were all raised in the south, and their love for southern music. Not since the 70’s with the likes of Lynard Skynard and Hank Williams, JR., has there been a band with such sincerity and emotion in their music. |
