I cannot thank you enough for Saturday. From the parade to the reception, the Voltage Brothers (with you as their manager extraordinaire of course) made our day absolutely perfect. Guests keep commenting on the band and I know I was certainly not ready for the party to end on Saturday. I just wanted to dance on through the night. I just cannot thank you enough--your talent, your flexibility with speeches and dances, etc., y'all were just too good to us and I am so thankful. I am already trying to find my next excuse for a party to have the Voltage Brothers perform again.

Mother of the Bride
Lou, to you and the band, thank you for a spectacular evening. We had so many complements on your performance. Page and Faisal had an especially good time.
I also appreciate how you all managed to perform so many of the requested songs especially, "Lifetime Guarantee of Love." A special moment for me! Odds are that daughter # 2 won’t be far from her turn stated that she did not want a carbon copy of Page’s wedding, but the band will stay the same!
Mother of the Bride
You guys were fabulous!!!! Honestly, I think I can say that this is the first time Steve hasn't complained about the band. In fact, quite the opposite. Your band was in and out unloading which I can never remember ever happening. You have no idea how much easier it is when we have this type of cooperation ( especially when dealing with weather!!) The music was phenomenal. No doubt we chose the right band. Everyone loved you guys.
Hello Mark, I just wanted to say thank you for the seamless coordination with the Saturday wedding and The Voltage Brothers. They are so fantastic and professional. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone in search of a band!
Well the wedding was last night and The Voltage Brothers blew us away. The dance floor was packed all night...
Once again, we were blown away!
Well the wedding was last night and The Voltage Brothers blew us away. The dance floor was packed all night... Once again, we were blown away!
I just wanted to write a short note to let you know how much we enjoyed the band on Saturday night. Everyone commented on how much fun they had dancing (which was evidenced by the packed dance floor) and all the credit goes to the band. Some family members even commented that all future weddings in the family must involve the Voltage Brothers. In short, they were incredible! Please pass along our thanks for all their hard work.
Everyone at the wedding loved the band!!! We were so pleased. Everyone jumped up to dance as soon as they started playing and my only regret was that we did not have a bigger dance floor! Thanks so much for the recommendation and I have already told the social director at Myers Park how great they were.
Yes, The Voltage Brothers exceeded our expectations! They put on a great show and really got Connor and her crowd involved. And then us old folks did a flashback 30 years and showed the young ones how it's really done.
As you said, they would be great to work with - and they were. From Viola up front to Jim and Ray at the reception they were truly interested in making it easy and fun for us.
I would not be surprised for you to get at least one or two bookings from this event. We continue to get questions about the band. I pretty much knew what we were getting, but there were many who were blown away by the performance.
Please let me know when they will be in the Charleston area again.
The Voltage Brothers were awesome! We couldn't have been more pleased!
Event Planner & Bride
The Voltage Brothers did an outstanding job! From the second they started playing people were on the dance floor, which is exactly what we wanted! They took song requests and were very engaging with the crowd. People are still asking who the band was and how do they book them for their next event! Thank you Voltage Brothers for exceeding all expectations!!
Just to let you know how SUPER The Voltage Brothers were at our event on Friday nit. They outdid themselves…related so well to the crowd..had this whole crowd of mostly 60+ years of age..hoppin the whole night. The Biltmore Forest Country Club was thrilled with their professionalism and the client was over the top happy with them.
So many thanks to you and please pass this on to Viola and tell her she can use me for a reference any time
Wedding of the Bride
On Sunday May 17, the Voltage Brothers performed at the reception for our daughter's wedding at the William Aiken House and we could not have been more pleased.
We live in Dalton, Ga and our daughter, Bergen B., married Philipe A. in Charleston, SC. Approximately 200 guests attended. The Voltage Brothers exceeded our highest expectations!!
They were professional, energetic and fully connected with the crowd.
They did a great job during the cocktail hour while food and drink were being passed.
They learned new songs for the "bride-groom first dance", the "father-daughter dance" and a "grandfather-bride dance". All three songs were new to them yet they learned these important songs (to us) with enthusiasm and played them as if they had been part of their playlist for years. They even coordinated playing a song in Portuguese for the "groom-mother dance". (Our new son in law is a native of Brazil.)
When the reception party started is when they really shined. We had 4 food stations set up inside of the William Aiken House and the band was on a stage in the courtyard under a tent. Everyone had plenty to eat and drink, and quickly shifted to partying with the Voltage Brothers!
The bulk of the crowd was between the ages of 25-54 and they kept the dance floor full the whole time. All cited that they were one of the best bands they have ever seen at a wedding reception.
One of our highlights from the wedding was when the bride and mother of the bride joined the Voltage Brother on stage to dance to Uptown Funk!
I highly recommend this band to anyone looking for a fun and professional band to bring the crowd together and celebrate!!
Tim and Cheryl B.
We LOVED LOVED LOVED the Voltage Brothers and have had rave reviews from our guests. They were so much fun, seemed to love what they were doing, and were so accommodating. I sent a lists of song requests to them and nothing was a problem. Our guest stayed on the dance floor all night and very few people left until the band stopped for the night. We were thrilled!!! Please forward this to them and tell them we would not change a thing!!!
Mother of the Bride
We wanted you to know that The Voltage Brothers absolutely made our daughter's wedding a total success! Not only are they very talented, hard working musicians; they are incredibly professional in all of their dealings. My 90 year old mother in law, at whose home we had the party, said they were a delight to have in her home and she, too, really enjoyed the music. Their professionalism was amazing and our wedding coordinator was extremely impressed. The dance floor was filled to the very last song and I can't begin to tell you how many guests told us it was the best party/wedding band they'd ever heard! I am giving a number of folks here your contact info because they want to have as great a party as we had, and the Voltage Brothers were the highlight of the evening.
Thank you, and the Voltage Brothers, for making our wedding party the great, fun time that we'd hoped it would be.
We chose the Voltage Brothers plus female vocalist to perform at our corporate conference last week. They were amazing! Working with Viola (Lou) the band manager was perfect. She kept in contact when needed and everything was exactly as planned. EVERYONE loved the band. They had so much energy and really got the crowd up and dancing which can be challenging for a corporate group. We would absolutely recommend the Voltage Brothers for any function as they will tailor their set list to your specific groups needs. We also love working with Scott Toole at EastCoast Entertainment. He knows the level of service we expect and always meets or exceeds our expectations. Thanks again to EastCoast Entertainment and the Voltage Brothers. See you next time!
Mother of the Bride
The Voltage Brothers were absolutely amazing. Many of my guests said it was the best band they llhave ever partied with. I would recommend them anytime and have give your name and there's to a couple people already.
They did a very nice job and were very easy to work with and professional! Thanks for checking in!
New Years Eve Party
The Voltage Brothers were great as always. Viola was also fun to work with. Thanks for helping me pick a good band that made the evening fun.
They were AMAZING last weekend. So good, professional and easy to work with. I love me some Viola! She runs a tight ship!
They were fabulous. There music was a clear and on note as any band I've ever heard. In many instances I felt like I had traveled through a time warp and was back at W&L in the late ‘70’s. There still as good as they were 35 years ago. They played a big part in making this year’s Banana Ball the best one that most can remember.
Chattanooga Zoo's Banana Ball
The Voltage Brothers were AMAZING! Cannot say enough great things about them. They kept everyone on the dance floor, from teenagers to octogenarians!
LOVE LOVE LOVE them!
We loved the Voltage Brothers (my brother Peter hasn't danced like that since he left UNC!) and never got to hear the mariachis. Many guests told me they were wonderful! I am certain that Christine could give you much better feedback on both groups as she was so much more involved with the music.
I never worried about a thing regarding the music, knowing that we were in your and Barbara's capable hands. Thanks for always delivering the best.
Ellie, the Voltage Brothers were great, everyone danced, and we had many, many compliments. It was also a pleasure to work with their manager, Viola Williams.
The wedding was on one of the hottest days of our otherwise cool summer, and the band certainly earned their keep (without complaint) in the gymnasium which was not air-conditioned.
Mother of the Bride
What an amazing band! Everyone raved about them, and we could not have been more pleased. I do not think my feet ever recover from all the dancing idea...
Mother of the Bride
The band was the talk of the party! You all were fabulous. Hope you arrived safely home and can enjoy Christmas with your family. Then on to the next party!!! Thanks again, you made it so easy and it was a pleasure working with you. Happy and Healthy New Year to all the Voltage Brothers.
The Voltage Brothers were fantastic! They were full of great energy and had our guests dancing the night away! Our guests also had rave reviews about them!
I would like to praise the Voltage Brothers on not only their performance, but also on the overall attitude and demeanor. You may know, the reception got rained out about 45 minutes into the bands set- we were prepared and had trash bags ready, but I was not prepared for how AMAZING they were to work with, and their ability to reset and get the energy back up and moving for the guests in a matter of about 20 minutes. I know that this attitude is very rare, and I was so thankful for their efforts! I would love to work with them again, and I hope that they had a good experience as welI! I heard comments throughout the crowd that this was the best reception they had ever been too- and that has a lot to do with the band!!
We had the most amazing wedding and The Voltage Brothers exceeded all of our expectations. They were very flexible as we made some adjustments to the schedule due to weather and I can't say enough positive things about their performance. Thank you and please pass along our feedback!
Father of the Bride
The band could not have been better! Viola was a pleasure to work with and the band did a fabulous job. There were rave reviews all around from ALL age groups! The dance floor was packed for the entire reception! Most frequently asked question was Where in the world did you find these guys?
Father of the Bride
Stepmother of Groom
I just got back to work, and YES, everything was fantastic from my perspective!!!! It was AMAZING!!! They did such a wonderful job - I couldn't have asked for a better or more fun band! They kept the crowd engaged and entertained all evening. My husband was so disappointed when they announced the last song and he looked at his watch and realized that the evening was over!
Stepmother of Groom
A belated thank you for your help in booking The Voltage Brothers for our wedding in Raleigh on July 6. They were exactly what we were looking for. Very easy to work with and definitely made the evening a success.
City of Reidsville 4th of July Party
Everything went great with the 4th of July. The crew did a great job, and I would recommend them anytime. The Voltage Brothers was the perfect band for our event. The crowd really loved them, and they played a great variety of music for the diverse crowd. If anyone ever wants to talk to someone that has used the Voltage Brothers feel free to give them my contact. I will give them praise and tell them about the exceptional job. Jim Kelly was very professional and was great to work with.
City of Reidsville
They were amazing. Everything we wanted and more. Everyone was on the dance floor from start to end and for so many folks coming from New Orleans who are real music lovers, they could not believe how great they were. We could not have been happier. Thanks so much and will definitely keep in mind for future events however, they will be in New Orleans so not sure what it costs for them to come here. But I can tell you everyone of our friends and family asked where we found them so you were one popular guy!!!
It was incredible!!! Thank you for all of your hard work with us, everyone LOVED them!!!
The Voltage Brothers were absolutely wonderful! They haven't lost any of their talent over the years! Their attitudes were excellent and they were wonderful to work with. They played a great variety of music for our students, and we were very happy with them!

They were fabulous. They will likely hear from the peeps here more. I will need them again with daughter #2 sometime or another. Couldn't have been better. I hope they enjoyed their time here.
Father of the Bride
To be real honest with you they were GREAT!!!!!! I talked to them earlier in the week as they called me. We confirmed everything for the party and that was a first for me. They were there as they said. The nicest people you would want to work with and be around. They conformed to our needs and impressed our members by going around and talking with them about there program and how they were doing. You don't get that very often and it was very refreshing. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone for performance, quality and being nice professional people. Thank you and The Voltage Bros. for making our function great.
Corporate Holiday Party
Words cannot explain just how fabulous our PICOR 2009, "Oh, What a Night" Holiday was. Jerry and Johnny were absolutely hilarious, as well as, kind. It was the perfect way to begin the evening. The Voltage Brothers..... are simply the best....The hotel just called and said that was, without a doubt, the best band that had ever performed at The Carnegie. The music, the horns, the voices, the professionalism.....Tony and I, along with the staff danced the night away. Every song they played was 100% perfect. The Voltage Brothers are one talented group of musicians. We were honored to have them perform and look forward to our next event. Ellie, thank-you for your recommendation....Our party lived up to its title, "Oh, What a Night"..... This remarkable talent made for a memorable evening that will be cherish always!! Kindest Regards.
