David and the Boomers - As we pass our "monthiversary" and things start to calm down a little, we just wanted to send you a note thank you for everything you did for us! We were SOOOOO happy with our wedding and the energy and mood of the reception. There was so much excitement in the air and people were dancing til the very end (even with an encore!).
That is exactly what we wanted to happen. It was perfect! Every song yall played was fantastic, but we especially loved your renditions of our first dance/father-daughter dance/mother-son dance. It was a really special time for us and you set the moodperfectly. We have friends whovideotaped these and the music is just fantastic! (and now we get to have it forever)
Even beyond keeping all of our guests entertained and happy, you were also incredibly nice and easy to work with. We really appreciate your flexibility and your very prompt responses to emails to all sorts of random questions I sent! Thank you so much! You helped make our wedding day truly perfect and unforgettable.

Hi Steve - My wedding was 4/21 in Charleston and I wanted to drop you a quick note to tell you how awesome The Boomers were. I talked with them while they were setting up and they were so nice and excited to talk with me. We talked about the few special things that I wanted them to do (sing happy birthday to my 99 yr old great uncle, play a Lionel Richie song, let my friends get on stage for a surprise performance) and they were completely open and happy to accommodate. They led the crowd in singing to my uncle, and handed me the mic to sing the songs with my friends, and let my friends do a surprise performance. Not only are they talented musicians, but they clearly cared about making sure the wedding had all the special touches I was looking for and making sure that everyone had a great time. They were interactive with the crowd and overall very entertaining. A number of guests told me that they were the best wedding band they'd ever seen. The night ended with the entire party yelling "one more song" and of course The Boomers accommodated.
They were awesome!

You guys were incredible last night. Everyone had an amazing time and we keep getting compliments about how great you all were. Thank you so much for doing those songs with me. It really made the night special. Hope to see you guys play again soon!

We had The Boomers play at our wedding in Charleston, SC, and it was one of the best decisions we made for the wedding. The wedding turned into a high energy dance party, and almost everyone was on the dance floor all night. I had several guests tell me that The Boomers were one of the best wedding bands they had ever heard, and we could not agree more. After the last song our guests wanted more and chanted encore to have one last song. Which pretty much sums up our experience with The Boomers, no one wanted the party to end! Thank you Boomers for making our wedding spectacular!

We met The Boomers back in June, 2011 at the kick-off for the Ford Focus 2012 Drive with Purpose event. Jason Michael Carroll was the celebrity selected for the Charlotte portion of the competitive fundraiser and Brittany's Battle, Inc. was his charity of choice. What a pleasant surprise to find out that Ford had chosen a local artist to perform at the multiple events around the Charlotte area. The Boomers were the perfect choice!
Their performances were top notched and we were quite impressed. Not only were they very entertaining, they were extremely professional. Vaughan, Rick and the rest of the band fully supported BBI and our efforts to make Charlotte the top location between the four cities in the Ford national competition. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fun, crowd pleasing, professional performer. They are the best!
Brittany's Battle, Inc.
The Boomers not only had great music and vocals but know how to read a crowd and play songs appropriate for the mood of the moment. They have a broad range of styles and songs such that young and old alike were out on the dance floor all night; they also learned a song for our first dance which turned out perfectly. We were so thrilled that they did such an amazing job for our wedding!

Wow! What a band! We loved them! Not only were they great on stage but they were so nice to work with!
We really had a great time with them and can't wait to see them again next year! Compliments galore from the people who attended the gala, couldn't believe we had such an awesome band! Thanks so much!

They were AMAZING! Perfect for the event and the music was great. Great musicians who have obviously been around for a while as I have seen them over the years playing with Deja Vu as well. They were awesome in this smaller context as you could hear and see how expert they were in their individual trades. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

David and the Boomers were great to work with. They put on a really fun show for our daughter's wedding reception. David worked with us to select special music that the Boomers learned to perform for the first time at our event. The Boomers were great to work with!

David - I just wanted to say thank you for making out reception so wonderful. Our guests loved the band, everyone said it was the best reception music they'd heard. Thanks again for being apart of our special day!

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect reception band for our wedding! The Boomers did an amazing job getting our guests on the dance floor and provided incredible help to my husband and I during the planning process. I can't even count how many compliments I have received from our family and friends about them and I hope they were able to enjoy the chilly night in Asheville as much as we did because of them!

David-- I just wanted to let you know that everyone at Kevin and Elizabeth's wedding was talking about how great The Boomers were. Your music was awesome, thank you so much for being such a huge part of their big day. And thank you so much for learning a couple of the songs for us, particularly Help Me Make It Through the Night for Elizabeth's dad and I. It was very special. Everyone said that you were the best band they had ever seen at a wedding. It was a magical night, and we appreciated you guys being with us. All the best to all of you, tell Vaughan that her voice is incredible.

We could not have been happier with The Boomers at our wedding. You guys literally made our wedding everything we wanted it to be- a fun dance party. We will definitely recommend your band going forward, but if you ever need a glowing referral or review - please let us know. You guys were so amazing - all of our guests commented on the same thing! Cannot thank you enough. CHEERS!
Kelly P. (April 6th, 2013)
My wife and I set a very high bar for music at our wedding. We knew that we wanted a band that would appeal to guests of all ages. More importantly, as big music fans, we wanted a band that sounded great, had a cool vibe and a classy act. The Boomers exceeded all of our expectations. On a cold night, they kept us all dancing well past when everything was supposed to wrap up. Their vocals and instrumentation were awesome, whether for our first dance song or for more high-octane stuff post cake-cutting. We can't thank them enough for a fantastic night. We recommend them highly to anyone in search of a great wedding band.

Hi Steve - The Boomers were the perfect band for Palmetto Bluff's Music to Your Mouth Festival. Their energy was electric and our guests couldn't help but get up and dance. The play list was right on for the vibe we were looking for. Thanks so much for the stellar recommendation.
