Post Modern Power Loungers, The Recliners, play a variety of musical styles: Lounge music, swing music, bossa novas, cha-cha, disco, as well as rock favorites.
Originally from Austin, TX the Recliners now reside on the East Coast. For over 12 years, The Recliners have played wedding receptions and corporate events all over the United States and even in Paris, France.
For Weddings; By focusing attention on the Bride and Groom, we keep the party moving -- hamming it up "the Frank way" -- getting the crowd to focus on the events at hand; be it the cake-cutting, the First Dance or the bouquet and garter toss. We get guests involved on the dance floor and make it FUN for everyone in attendance! From Lounge to Swing to Rock to Disco/Dance music, The Recliners cover the gamut.
The Recliners complimented a fabulous mix of mayhem and all around fun with their own funny style and delivery. They are true pros. They learned Bon Jovi's " Bad Medicine" and played it "Recliners Style" for our first dance.
