Lee was Born in Norfolk, Va in 1956. After Graduating from Norfolk Academy in 1974, Lee attended the University Of Virginia where, through his multiple jobs as entertainment chair of several committee's of the University Union as well as his Fraternity, head entertainment coordinator of the infamous Easter's weekend celebrations of that era and various other noteworthy UVA functions, Lee learned everything he needed to know to pursue a career in the Entertainment field. Graduating from the University of Virginia in 1978, Lee was hired to grow business in the college market for ECE. In 1986, after 8 years as TOP Salesman and Company Sales Manager, Lee was offered the opportunity to become a director in the Company. In 1993, Lee was tapped to become President of this quickly growing company. In 1998, Lee took over management of ECE's National Touring division which remains one of the most successful divisions at ECE. When asked about his life long career at ECE Lee responded: "This is my life and my extended family. I can't imagine that there is a better place to work. Our Artists and Employees are the best anywhere. " Lee plans to finish out his career at ECE.
