August 15, 2008 will mark JR Roth's 31st year in the entertainment business. The senior partner and manager of EastCoast Entertainment in Raleigh is a former offensive tackle for and a graduate of Appalachian State University. After 42 years of living and working in Charlotte, JR has made Raleigh, NC his home for the past 8 years. JR has been the responsible agent for EastCoast Entertainment's flagship act for 26 years, Liquid Pleasure. He was also responsible for the success for two of the company's brightest new stars, GrooveTown and Fantasy. ECE - Raleigh has enjoyed the continued growth of the "Capitol City" and surrounding areas since being named one of America's fastest growing metropolitan areas by several national publications. JR, one of the founding partners of EastCoast Entertainment, is joined in Raleigh by Barry Herndon and Brandon Avila.
